New York instantly grew on me, I’m still mesmerized by it’s beauty and I’m craving some gyro and amazing street food..Maybe going back in the Spring doesn’t sound like such a bad idea…Well we spent our third day doing some sightseeing; across Brooklyn Bridge, Chinatown, and we went to meet up with a friend for dinner at a restaurant called “Heart of India” and their pistachio ice-cream is absolutely delicious! Check out some of my pictures from the trip below!
My Look:
Packing was lot easier since I mainly focused on the tops I was wearing instead of a head-to-toe outfit. I loved the Burberry-inspired print on this scarf and I like how it doubles up as a blank and cardigan. To stay extra warm, I wore a turtleneck as my main top underneath the cardigan. I have been addicted to wearing poncho-inspired items this season to the point where I wear them every day to class since they’re so comfortable and easy to throw on over a plain shirt. I wanted to keep the color palette simple so I stuck with khaki and cream shades and wore brown accessories like my sunglasses and purse.
